Mr. Jassem Mubarak Al Dhaheri is the Vice Chairman of Royal Capital Group which is a financial services company based in Abu Dhabi. They provide investment banking services and asset management investment solutions.

Royal Capital Group is one of the leading financial services companies in the UAE, providing comprehensive investment banking, brokerage, and asset management services to institutional and individual clients across the region.

Mr. Jassem Mubarak Al Dhaheri is the Investment Advisor at The Investment Office at Abu Dhabi City Municipalities, where he heads Public-private Partnership, PPP, projects along with the operations of the industrial areas, and managing all plots' lease contracts.

In this role, Mr. Al Dhaheri oversees major Public-Private Partnership initiatives that strengthen Abu Dhabi's industrial infrastructure, manages strategic plot lease contracts, and ensures the efficient operation of the emirate's industrial zones.

He has also represented Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC) on the board of subsidiaries such as Emirates Ship Investment Company (E-ships) and National Financial Brokerage Company.

Furthermore, Mr. Al Dhaheri is a board member at Etihad Capital PJSC, UAE whose principal activities are investment management and investment consultancy services, with investment banking services covering mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory service and capital market services.

He is also a Board member at Insurance House PJSC, UAE. The company offers a host of comprehensive products and services designed to provide insurance solutions to institutions as well as individuals.

Khamis Buharoon Al Shamsi has over 38 years of experience in banking as chairman of several boards, vice chairman and board member and has successfully led teams as the head of the restructuring and settlements committee, member of the executive committee, vice chairman of the nominations and remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee, among many other positions. Before his time at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, he served as CEO of Commercial Bank International for 2 years in 2005, during which he contributed to the restructuring of the bank. He also served as managing director for the Commercial Bank financial Brokerage, as well as managing director for Takamul Real Estate.

He was also the Chairman of the National Development Bank in Egypt since ADIB's acquisition of the bank in 2007 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Financial Brokerage Company.

He served as the general auditor of the First Gulf Bank for 2 years and helped with the acquisition of the bank. He was an active member in creating the policy and procedure for moving the head office to Abu Dhabi.

He had also served as the Head and General Manager of the Domestic Banking Division in charge of Retail and Corporate Banking, private banking, and branch operations at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi for 7 years.

He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Leasing Company.

He served for 11 years in UAE Central Bank as auditor. He also served as the team leader of the bank inspection team, assistant director of internal audit and head of the financial and administrative affairs department.
