Platex is firmly committed to preventing the misuse of its business operations for money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing, or sanctions evasion. We adopt a risk-based approach in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018, Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019, and relevant UN, EU, US (OFAC), and UAE sanctions regimes.

Platex maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, theft, dishonesty, and financial misconduct in any form. We actively work to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud and financial irregularities through robust internal controls, segregation of duties, and oversight mechanisms.

We process all personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable international standards.
